STEP #1 - WEIGHT

Each lot is accurately weighed by State sealed scales, which are certified every 90 days. This entire process is under camera.

​Feel free to visit our on-site viewing room to witness weigh-in and melt.

STEP #2 - MELT

We recommend melting each karat lot separately (10k, 14k 18k), when applicable to achieve maximum homogenization

​Our solid state induction equipment and industry experts ensure minimal melt loss. 

STEP #3 - SAMPLING

A pin sample is provided to each customer for the option of independent analysis.

​We pour your bar immediately after the sample is taken to ensure a minimal melt loss and a correct assay of the material.

STEP #4 - ASSAY

Global Bullion uses state of the art XRF technology. Within a few minutes, we obtain an analysis of your material showing gold, silver, platinum and palladium content.

​We send a report for review and approval.

STEP #5 - PAYOUT

Choose your payment method per lot. A Global Bullion trader will lock-in your metal value at your request.
